“Very nice, safe, clean property. Excellent food at all times.....the best feature of our visit. Staff was hit and miss, the front desk ladies were exceptional, bar tender the worst ever with little appreciation for the paying guests. The hotel concierges were most helpful and professional... great representatives of the hotel. Much of the staff seemed bored with their jobs. The beach staff were always accommodating for the guests. Will likely not be back. ”

“We spent most of our time at the poolside Margarita bar. Delroy, Rodgeroy, and Samanda were incredible bartenders! This pool was quiet and chill, and we met a lot of great people! We did not spend any time at the other pool, where all the activities were going on, so I can't say anything about all that. Honestly, we weren't *as* impressed with the buffet staff - some were ok, but quite a few just weren't happy or friendly, ever. Food at the buffet was good, with a good variety. The jerk chicken……

“I had such a great experience at Iberostar Resort! From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. The amenities were excellent and very easy to access, so everything felt convenient and stress free. The breakfast was a highlight fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to choose from. I also really enjoyed the complimentary drinks, which added a fun and relaxing touch to the stay. Overall, I had an amazing time and……

“Landed early and I wasnt able to check in until 3 so I was outside for 3 hours. When I checked in the room was clean it was over powering with bleach. I wasnt a fan of the bathroom . Also the flights up the steps for the roof top is a bit much gota invest in an elevator its also not safe if u are wet. But the staff was great and sweet. Marlon look care of me when I hurt my foot. The front desk were very helpful they hold ur luggage if need be. Bartender Ojay who is no longer there was amazing.……

“This property is outstanding. No big crowds, lots of personal attention. Beach was very clean and not covered in seaweed. The property has a historic feel to it, very classic. Do not go here if you are looking for an ultra modern architecture experience. Nor should you go here if your looking for a party vibe. Very relaxing quiet redort with outstanding service. There is a butler waiting for you nearly everytime you leave your room! Restaurants are great too.”

“Every thing ok except no coffee maker in room just a kettle which u threw your coffee pod into and get all the coffee grounds in your cup!”

“Fantastic resort. Villa 10 always felt like coming home and the people were wonderful. Daniel and the wonderful people who looked after us made the stay all the better. Couldn’t recommend Round Hill enough. ”

“This was not a hotel but a motel. It was not as described on the website. Customs officers at the airport never heard of the hotel and had to look it up The bathroom was subpar. No where to hang your clothes, only one chair, the bedroom door had holes that you could see outside. The was no changing of linen until you asked for it and then they exchanged it when you gave them your previous towel. There was only one bin which was in the bathroom. If you were expecting to get a good night sleep……
